GBIF Spain
Description
The Biodiversity Data Portal of GBIF Spain provides open access to millions of biodiversity records from Spanish research centers, universities , environmental administrations, citizen science projects and private sector companies. The IT infrastructure of the GBIF.ES Biodiversity Data Portal is provided by the Instituto de Física de Cantabria (IFCA), a joint centre of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the University of Cantabria (UC). It was launched in 2014 and it is available in Spanish, Catalan and English.
